A springtime outing of soccer and frisbie at the park sounded like fun for this gezinsavond (family home evening)
Warming up and stretching before a game is always important for Daniel, our president.
Our fabulous ladies team - Michelle, Emma, Sariah, Kimberly and Yareena.
The game gets pretty intense with rules sort of like rugby. Pass the frisbie and if it falls to the ground its the other teams "ball".
This was held at Zuiderpark just a 10 minute walk from the church building. It is a nice big park and a lot of people were there because it was one of the first nice spring days we have had.
Emma is posed to catch the frisbie and score as she croses the line marked by the two soccer balls.
Our Chinese investigator was there with his member friend.
Time for a break to enjoy some of Elder Moore's fresh baked cinnamon rolls. I bet you didn't know he could do that. We learn to share a lot of responsibility to make this mission experience successful.
.One last pose before the evening is over. Some of these "kids" have to travel 20-30 kilometers on a train to get home. And a great time was had by all.
